n6/ Since 05/29/08 the RMP definition is: “The Rate of Monetary Policy is the rate that the BCCR charges in one-day of active operations (loans) at the Liquidity Integrated Market, which will be determinate by the Central Bank´s Board of Directors”.
n7/ A change was set up on the TPM definition (Monetary Policy Interest Rate) on June 4th, 2011 by agreement of the Board of Directors, according to article 7 of the act of the Session 5499-2011 held on June 1st, 2011. Such that, in MIL the interest rate for the credit standing facility will be the TPM plus 100 basis points and the interest rate of permanent facility of deposit will be 100 basis points less.
